Learn to Make Amazing Cakes on a Small Budget

Cake decorating doesn’t have to be expensive!

There is no need to shy away from this  art form that you love,  for fear of cost.

In my new classes you will be shown cost effective ways to pursue your craft of cake decoration.    Each workshop offered  is  based on a     2 – 3 hour curriculum  and is  designed to meet the  needs of busy cake enthusiasts.

Most people, when they first start this hobby,  don’t think outside the cake-box.  The big brand cakers will tell you what you need.  More often than not,  it’s what they would like you to think that you need.

If you were to go through your kitchen,  right now,  you would  most likely have everything required to make amazing embellishments to adorn your home-made baked creations.

These are the  many little tips and secrets that I want to share with you.

Back in the day,  before commercialism,  gorgeous and  elegant baked goods were readily  available.  Someone crafted them with a little imagination,  and simply,  by hand.

Here are a few examples of  “by hand” creations that  you will learn,  in the very first class,   at  Lesi’s Kitchen.
